We know that your PC is the lifeblood of your business and how disabling it is when a
computer is out of service. It is for this reason that we opt to spend the extra
time it takes to get the job done right the first time. While we're not
perfect, our track record is good and most of our business comes from repeat customers who
see the bottom line the same way we do.
We will first try to diagnose your computer problem and then
recommend a solution. Since we all like to save money whenever possible, here are a
few things you can do before we arrive that will help to expedite our work:
- Write down any error messages.
- Backup all of your data and important files!!!
- Clear the desk area around the computer.
- Locate any relevant documentation that you have for your machine.
- Have ready any product warranty, service agreement, and program or
system disks that came with your hardware and software including emergency start-up
disks.
